In addition to our therapy services, CAPE offers personalised, strengths-based support through our team of experienced Psychological Support Practitioners. By working closely with clients, we enable them to identify their own solutions, determine their personal recovery paths, and achieve their goals.
Strength-based practitioners believe that individuals have the capacity within themselves to create change. The role of the practitioner is to guide, support, and empower the individual to uncover their own solutions, helping them gain clarity, confidence and independence along the way.
This approach fosters self-empowerment and encourages individuals to actively participate in their recovery process. By focusing on what works, rather than what doesn’t, we aim to help individuals build resilience, improve self-esteem, and create meaningful, sustainable change in their lives.
Groups
In addition to individual therapy, CAPE offers group therapy to further support people who can benefit from shared experiences and collective healing. Our therapy groups are focused on promoting mental wellbeing, building self-confidence, and fostering a sense of community and mutual support among clients.
