Women’s Wellness Zone (WWZ)

Cape is honoured to support the Women’s Wellness Zone (WWZ) through the secondment of a Mental Health Recovery Worker, commissioned by CGL. This collaboration strengthens our shared commitment to supporting women’s mental health and wellbeing.  This is a free and confidential health and wellbeing service; a ‘One Stop Shop’ that caters for women aged 18 or over with multiple, complex needs. There is a dedicated team of specialist staff that provide holistic and personalised care plan packages, for women who are currently experiencing problems in three or more of the following areas: mental health, substance misuse, prostitution or trafficking, domestic abuse and offending behaviour. Ealing RISE

Ealing RISE is a service dedicated to supporting individuals struggling with substance misuse. Cape receives referrals from Ealing RISE when substance misuse has been addressed but further assistance is needed to sustain and build upon recovery progress. If a client requires immediate addiction services, Cape will direct them to Ealing RISE for appropriate support.

Training Institutes

Cape recruits many of its volunteer therapists from the following esteemed local psychotherapy and counselling psychology training institutes:

• Metanoia Institute
• The Minster Centre
• Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE)

We are proud to offer valuable learning opportunities and foster strong professional connections through these institutions.

A doctoral candidate from Metanoia Institute will be conducting a research project at Cape in the upcoming year, focusing on the impact of the therapy setting on treatment outcomes.

West London NHS Trust

Cape works in close partnership with West London NHS Trust, which provides essential statutory mental health care services, including:

• Mental Health Integrated Network Teams (MINT): We accept referrals from all three MINT hubs in Ealing and collaborate with their teams to ensure our services complement and enhance the medical care provided.

Located next to us, Ealing Abbey Counselling Service shares our dedication to promoting mental wellbeing within the community. We work together on joint initiatives and provide mutual signposting to ensure clients receive the best possible care.
