At CAPE, we offer psychotherapy for people living with complex and long-term mental health challenges. Our 1-2-1 therapy lasts at least 12 months, giving individuals the time they need to work through their mental health at their own pace, in a safe and confidential space.
Therapy can be life changing. It provides a space to talk about personal struggles, build emotional strength, and learn new ways to cope with challenges. We work together with each person to help them better understand themselves, their feelings, and behaviours, and to find strategies that make everyday life easier.
